If you follow Publishing Weekly’s emails (that’s a free service) Amazon is the great shadow lurking or is it? Change is hard! If you’ve thought about publishing an ebook, you will have already wondered about how much money you might make in volume versus higher price. Reaching that many readers sounds like some sort of other country.
