Painting in Philadelphia Stories

I’m pleased to announce that one of my paintings is included in the latest issue of Philadelphia Stories. It appears alongside a few brief excerpts from Stripped, the flash fiction collection edited by Nicole Monaghan. But I’ll also paste it below for your viewing pleasure.

  1. I don’t mean to be silly (yes I do), but the first thing I thought about was ‘too much mustard and not enough ketchup.’
    Sorry, I know it’s a serious work. Nevertheless it got an immediate response from me. I do really like it. Anything that reminds me of hamburgers is good.

      1. I know what you mean… Half the time when I look at nonrepresentational art, I think, “What the heck is that? I like it, but what the heck am I looking at?” To me, it’s a bit like visual jazz. And, of course, personal taste is subjective.
